Health Guarantee and Spay/Neuter Contract of Morocco Kennels

This puppy is covered for congenital defects for a period of 1(one) year.  This pup is NOT covered for things such as coccidia, giadia, kennel cough etc. which are common and can easily be picked up by a puppy and are not in themsleves life threatening.

The Buyer agrees to take their new puppy to a licensed vet within 3 days after picking up pup from seller for this guarantee to be valid. Failure to do so will void this guarantee. If this pup is due any booster shots, worming or anything else within the guarantee period of one year, it must be done on time and proof will be required if something happens to the puppy.

If within 14 days of purchase, this puppy should die of a health problem it had at the time of sale, we wil replace it as one becomes available. Buyer will have to provide proof from a vet to seller no later than 7 days after the pups death.

Replacement of pup (shipping or delivery) will be at buyers expense. Seller is NOT responsible for any vet bills that are incurred by the buyer.

Buyer agrees to have pup spay/neutered by 6 months of age and provide proof to seller to receive registration from CKC.

This pup comes CKC registered as a pet, sold as non-breeding only and has a one year genetic health guarantee. The pup is microchiped and has been dewormed.
